Credit Requirements by Examination Type

Using a desktop computer, please document each of your continuing education activities in the table below. Enter each event as a single entry, even if it spans multiple days (for example, a three-day conference counts as one entry).

Minimum Credit Requirements:

• Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Examinations: 50 credits each
• Foot Care and WTA-C Examinations: 24 credits each

If you're applying for multiple examinations, please ensure you meet the minimum credit requirement for each specialty area. For example, if applying for both Wound and Ostomy certifications, you'll need at least 50 credits in Wound care and 50 credits in Ostomy care.
